The MILL S 200 U is a real high speed machining center - extremely fast and precise. For optimal dynamical stiffness and absorption of machining and dynamically generated mass energy, the axis design is extremely rigid and powerful. A polymer concrete base is supporting weight optimized and highly stiff cast iron sliding carriages. All axes are powered by direct motor drives to enable fully simultaneous high-speed machining. The linear axes are supported by linear-roller-guide ways of impressive size. The result is outstanding product quality and short processing times and best return on invested money.
Therefore the machines are highly appreciated in serial production of a variety of precision parts.
