We have a wide variety of large and extra-large lathe which were designed based on our deep experience in turning turbine rotor shafts, generator rotor shafts, mill rolls and large shafts for ship building industry. A very good reputation has been enjoyed for its rigidity and high accuracy of their turning capability.

A large and heavy duty lathe equipped with two carriages for rough turning and finish grinding of plate mill backup rolls and work rolls.

A special purpose large lathe with two sets of headstock and tool post was designed exclusively to turn turbine discs. After finish turning one side of the disc using one headstock, the other headstock approaches, chucks and moves to its home position to turn the other side of the disc, where time consuming rechucking job is drastically reduced.
