This used Acasi complete automatic filling line is a turn-key stainless steel bottling system built in 2022, designed for liquid beverage and food packaging. The line integrates rinsing, filling, capping, labeling, and accumulation into a continuous production process for efficiency, accuracy, and hygiene.
The system includes:

Acasi BR-15 Air Rinser – equipped with (10) air/vacuum nozzles and a 13' conveyor for pre-fill container cleaning.

Acasi Minipiston 8-Piston Filler – with (8) ¾" pistons (6–37 mL fill) and (8) 1.5" pistons (30–181 mL fill), 10-gallon stainless reservoir tank, and 10' conveyor.

Acasi Trucap-6 Cap Tightener – features (6) spindle heads, adjustable belts, and 10' conveyor for precise torque capping.

Acasi Trulabeler-W1 Wrap-Around Labeler – with 10' conveyor for full-wrap bottle labeling.

Acasi RA3200 Accumulation Table – 42" diameter, VFD-controlled for smooth discharge and container collection.
