"Machine while running in our shop,
production holding +/- .00005" diametrical
size, roundness, straightness, and also
below a 4 Ra micro surface finish.
Machine is configured with TWO High frequency
GMN spindles (both fresh rebuild) 90k and 60k
rpm with Spindel brand drive (inverters).
Machine also comes with spare spindles both
90k and 60k, $12k fresh rebuilds from GMN all
documentation is available as well.
The work head is programmable fanuc servo
driven. Work holding is a precision Northfield
brand 3 jaw slide style chuck with new rotary
union also Northfield brand through spindle
coolant.
The machine is currently fitted with an
IMT rotary dresser (less than 1 year old)
with variable speed controller. Machine also
comes with a brand new Meyrat rotary dresser
$13k new with plc ladder update for installation.
Machine also comes with a Losma coolant system
gravity bed filter (paper media filter)
with magnetic seperator all quick connect
connectors. Coalesce oil separator as well.
Please note the Turmoil brand chiller is less
than one year old. $8k to build."
