Sliced and Diced Meat Line
Overview
Used line for production and cooking of chargrilled strips and chargrilled toppings of pepperoni, chicken and beef.

Line was installed and commissioned between 2011 and 2013. Equipment is made between 2011 and 2013 apart from the CFS Flow Cooker which is made in 2009.
Approximate capacity is:
- 350 kg/h of sliced pepperoni / fermented product.
- 400 kg/h of beef toppings / grilled chicken pieces.
Equipment includes:
- Atlas Copco AirComp. ZT75 VSD Pack 10.4bar 380V 60Hz compressor and associated tanks made in 2022
- Refrigeration plant for freezer including ammonia compressors with Vilter Vission 20/20 control panels made in 2014
- (2) Boilers with capacity 2 tonnes / hour made in 2014
- Water treatment plant made by Huber made in 2015
- Conveyors
- OctoFrost freezing equipment made in 2011
- Bizerba metal detector made in 2015
- Scania freezer compressor
- Pepperoni slicing machine made in 2015
- Grill marker made in 2015
