Description
This used Prodex Henschel 150 Liter High-Intensity Mixer is designed for high-shear, rapid mixing and compounding of powders, resins, pigments, and thermoplastic materials. The mixer features a jacketed stainless steel bowl for precise temperature control and uniform product conditioning.
Driven by a 440-volt, 2-speed motor (28/32 HP, 1770/3540 RPM), this unit provides efficient, controlled mixing cycles for blending, coating, and dispersion. Mounted on an elevated stand, the mixer offers a 40-inch discharge height for convenient integration into downstream processing or cooling equipment.
Please note: the unit is missing one of two air cylinders for the air-actuated discharge valve and the lid-mounted deflector blade, but otherwise retains all key mechanical components.
