This used Chantland 4190 Auger Valve Bagger comes equipped with an integrated M-TEC Model MR11V batch paddle mixer, creating a complete bagging and mixing system for powder and bulk material handling.
The Chantland Model 4190 is designed for efficient valve bag and drum filling using a 2" diameter screw inside a 2-1/4" housing, providing consistent and controlled product flow. Capable of speeds up to six (6) 50-pound bags per minute, it handles bag weights from 20 to 110 lbs and drum weights from 50 to 220 lbs.
With stainless steel contact surfaces, this unit is ideal for powders, granules, and dry bulk materials where cleanliness and corrosion resistance are required. Previously used for gypsum powder, this system is also suitable for other fine industrial materials, including cement, lime, dry mortar, or chemical powders.
