The BEMATO BMT 41170X Heavy-Duty Manual Lathe is a strong, precision-built machine designed for heavy industrial use where power, accuracy, and reliability are essential. Made in Taiwan by Benign Enterprise Co., Ltd. (BEMATO), this lathe features a solid cast-iron structure and wide hardened bedways that provide excellent stability and reduce vibration during cutting. With a swing over bed of 1060 mm and distance between centers of 4310 mm, it handles large and long workpieces with ease. The A2-11 spindle nose, 153 mm spindle bore, and 20 HP main motor deliver high torque and smooth operation across a speed range of 8 to 680 rpm.

The BMT 41170X includes convenient features such as rapid traverse on X and Z axes, metric and imperial thread cutting, and a tailstock with MT6 quill for accurate support of long shafts. Standard accessories include a 24-inch 4-jaw chuck, steady rest, coolant system, work light, and complete tool kit. Optional equipment such as faceplates, roller steady rests, taper turning attachment, and quick-change tool post add even more flexibility.
