Unused 20,000-gallon vertical continuous bleacher reactor, manufactured by Equipromex (Mexico) in 2022. Constructed of 304L stainless steel with external 316L stainless steel heating coils on the bottom head for efficient temperature control. The vessel measures 12'6" in diameter x 17'9" tangent-to-tangent and is mounted on a 14-foot skirt support. Rated for 50 PSI / full vacuum on the shell and 170 PSI / full vacuum on the coil, with maximum temperature ratings of 306°F shell and 380°F coil. Equipped with a Chemineer Model #22GTN-3 agitator, 3 HP motor, 1200 RPM input, 30 RPM output. Ideal for continuous bleaching, refining, or oil processing applications. National Board registered and never used – excellent like-new condition.
