The BEMATO BMT-2500VS Vertical Milling Machine is a robust and versatile knee-type milling solution designed for precision machining, toolroom work, and general manufacturing applications. Built with a rigid Meehanite cast iron structure, the BMT-2500VS delivers excellent stability, vibration damping, and long-term durability for demanding machining environments. The machine features hardened and precision-ground slideways, with the X and Y axes coated with Turcite-B to ensure smooth movement, reduced friction, and improved positioning accuracy. With a generous table size of 254 × 1270 mm and X/Y/Z travels of 780 × 430 × 460 mm, the BMT-2500VS provides a spacious working envelope capable of handling a wide range of workpieces used in tool and die, maintenance, and production machining.

Equipped with a variable speed spindle ranging from 60–3600 RPM, the machine offers excellent flexibility for milling operations across different materials and cutting conditions. The ISO 40 spindle taper with a 100 mm quill diameter ensures compatibility with a wide range of tooling, while the 127 mm quill travel and selectable automatic quill feed rates (0.04 / 0.08 / 0.15 mm per revolution) provide precise control for drilling, boring, and milling operations. A powerful 5 HP spindle motor delivers consistent cutting performance, while the 90° left/right and 45° front/back swiveling head allows for versatile angled machining. The machine’s 450 mm ram overarm travel and 360° ram rotation further enhance flexibility for complex setups and varied machining tasks.
