The AWEA BL-2024/S is a high-performance CNC horizontal boring and milling machine designed for large and heavy workpieces. Featuring a robust bridge-type design, this machine delivers outstanding accuracy and rigidity across extended X/Y/Z travels of 2,000 mm, 2,400 mm, and 1,700 mm, along with a 600 mm W-axis travel. The upgraded 60-tool automatic tool changer improves productivity, while its 70-bar coolant-through spindle system, air-through spindle, and spindle cooling unit ensure stable performance and tool life. Integrated with the FANUC 0i-MF Plus control system, linear scales on all axes, and a 0.001° indexing rotary table, this machine enables high-precision multi-face cutting and drilling.
