NEW APEC G2530

The APEC G2530 is a next-generation 5-axis high-speed gantry machining center engineered for large, complex, and high-precision parts in aerospace, die/mold, and aluminum component machining. Built with a rigid gantry structure and advanced dynamic control, the G2530 delivers outstanding surface finishes, speed, and part accuracy in every cycle.

Equipped with a powerful built-in spindle, high-performance 2-axis fork or mono type milling head, and Heidenhain 5-axis CNC control, this machine excels at simultaneous 5-axis machining, even in demanding free-form geometries and hard-to-reach contours. The direct-drive motors on the B and C axes allow for precise and fast tool positioning with minimal thermal displacement.

With travels of X: 3,000 mm, Y: 2,500 mm, and Z: up to 1,200 mm, the APEC G2530 is ideal for large-scale parts. It features linear motor drives on X and Y axes, roller-type linear guideways for rigidity, and a 60-tool HSK100A automatic tool changer for uninterrupted high-mix production.
