This used Peco InspX ScanTrac Model 450 inline X-ray metal detector is a robust inspection system designed for the detection of both metallic and non-metallic contaminants in high-throughput production lines. Featuring a dual reject system (air blast and mechanical arm), it ensures fast and accurate removal of contaminated products. The aperture measures approximately 17.7" wide x 10" high, ideal for medium to large packaged goods, while the integrated conveyor belt spans 18-1/4" wide by 74" long.
Equipped with a Hope Industrial Systems HMI, Allen Bradley PowerFlex 40 VFD, and Thermal Edge air conditioning unit, this system offers exceptional control, durability, and temperature regulation.
