MicroBlend Blending Carbonating System
Multi-stream Blending is achieved using Micro-Motion Mass Flow Meters enabling the addition of multiple streams of flavors and ingredients more accurately to the finished product. The In-Line Carbonating feature allows you to carbonate your product to a specified volume of CO2 set at the touch panel. The ILC measures incoming GPM, temperature, pressure, and required CO2 volume; then calculates the amount of CO2 needed to be injected through a sparging tube into the product while controlling back-pressure. Plate and frame chiller not included.
