The Aidlin Cap Feeder combines the functions of cap storage, cap sorting, and cap elevation. The Cap Feeder has low space requirements, while cap replenishment takes place at floor level height, ensuring operator safety. The unit is capable of running plastic flat caps, sport caps and metal caps. Aidlin Waterfall Cap Feeder Sorter Model CF 2024 was last running 83mm Plastic Caps using pleated belts to sort/feed caps to the chute and onto the capper.
