Ultraviolet Technology is a proven way to safely disinfect your drinking water from contaminants. UV is a safe alternative to adding harsh chemicals. UV Disinfection systems operate on the 254nm wavelength which scrambles and destructs viruses and bacteria. Assuming a 95% UV transmittance, the maximum flow rate for this unit would be around *150GPM in order to provide a 32mJ/cm2 RED. This unit is in like new condition; has never been installed.
