Goodway GS-3600 CNC Turning Center – Maximum Performance, Precision, and Power

The Goodway GS-3600 CNC Turning Center delivers exceptional performance, combining heavy-duty cutting power, advanced rigidity, and multi-tasking versatility in one robust machine. Designed for precision machining and high-volume production, the GS-3600 features a high-torque spindle, FANUC αP series drive motor, and a 30° slant-bed Meehanite cast-iron structure for outstanding stability and vibration dampening during demanding operations.

Engineered for ultimate rigidity, the GS-3600 incorporates finite element method (FEM) analysis and precision hand-scraped contact surfaces to ensure consistent, long-term accuracy. The machine supports large-diameter bar capacities up to Ø105 mm, maximum turning lengths up to 1,496 mm, and a 15" chuck size, making it ideal for machining large and complex components.

The optional built-in spindle and ZF 2-step gear box deliver up to 1,200 Nm of torque, while the live tooling turret, Y-axis, and sub-spindle options enable complete “done-in-one” machining — reducing cycle time and eliminating secondary setups. The high-precision C-axis with 120-million-pulse resolution allows for superior contouring and milling capabilities, achieving dynamic accuracy within ±0.02°.

With a 12-station turret offering rapid 0.3-second indexing and curvic coupling technology for secure, repeatable positioning, the GS-3600 provides both speed and strength for turning, milling, drilling, and tapping. The machine’s programmable servo tailstock and wide-span box ways further enhance rigidity and support for heavy workpieces.
