Device works in silicone mold technology (Long rubbers). Possibility of producing slim lipsticks with an oriented stick.
Air cooled. Machine has two refrigeration compressors working alternately.
Silicone mold heating by hot air blower (inside) and electrical lamp (outside). Additional heating to prevent the formation of a cone inside the lipstick.
Automatic insertion of the stick into the packaging. Automatic screwing station.
Manual package loading. Manual capping.
Machine equipped with 2 filling heads and melting/dosing pumps.
Machine fully functional and still in use.
Regularly serviced. New 2023.
