The Jeros 6011 Bakery Tray Cleaner comes in two formats depending on tray type. The Jeros 6011/508 version for bakery trays with a 26” raised edge and The Jeros 6011/828 for Bakery Trays with a 18” Raised Edge. Automatic tray conditioning and oiling comes as a standard feature on the Jeros 6011 Bakery Tray Cleaner. The Jeros 6011 Bakery Tray Cleaners are available with steel or nylon brushes.
