Description
The Lorenzo Barroso HD2 Double Automatic Sausage Clipper is a double action high-speed machine for closing sausages in natural or artificial casings, nettings and bags, full or empty, with with two aluminum clips. Just by pressing the start lever, and without releasing the sausage from the hands, the Lorenzo Barroso HD2 Double Automatic Sausage Clipper automatically gathers the casings together. Then closes it with an aluminum clip, and trims off the excess material. The Lorenzo Barroso HD2 Double Automatic Sausage Clipper features robust all #304 stainless steel components specially treated to withstand the adverse conditions of food processing operations. The Lorenzo Barroso HD2 Double Automatic Sausage Clipper also features fully pneumatic operation and requires minimum maintenance. This machine is Halal Certified.
