Just by pressing the start lever, and without releasing the sausage from the hands, the Lorenzo Barroso H2 Automatic Series Sausage Clipper automatically gathers the casing together. Then closes it with an aluminum clip, and trims off the excess material. The Lorenzo Barroso H2 Automatic Series Sausage Clipper features robust all #304 stainless steel components specially treated to withstand the adverse conditions of food processing operations.
