Our company can attest to the accuracy of the statements concerning the quality and minimal or even, non-usage of items being sold. There are no defects to ancillary components whatsoever. No spindle crashes, no scratches other than very minor nearly undetectable abrasions from the limited times, items were handled or in some instances, used. The Baseplate has some obvious and visible scratches from 500 (approximately) hours of use, but nothing deep or unusual.
