USED Wabash MPI-Lanco Wabash 100T

Very nice condition, Year-2014, low hour 4-post hydraulic down-acting 100 ton press capable of supporting 20"x24" platens or molds while having 24" of adjustable daylight. Either molds or platens can be heated or cooled separately. This fine press has no electro-mechanical or hydraulic defects. It is a lightly used press (test runs only), that has seen very few hours of operation since they were built.
This would cost more than $225K and take 9 to 12 months to build now!

We have 3 identical presses like this. This sale is for 1 (one) press NOT all 3 (three). We are indeed selling 3 of the same presses and other models on eBay as well so, please look at our other press offerings, too. These 100T presses were all set up by another company for a program that never materialized before we purchased them. These presses can be custom built out, set up and easily programmed or tailored for a given project. We can help with this process and are one of the fastest composite molders in the USA. This 4-post press has a massive amount of available daylight. the posts can be adjusted to allow for nearly 24" of daylight between the bolsters. That is a ton of space within presses of this size. All presses come with full manuals as well.

They can be customized with heated platens that heat the molds, or you can separately heat the mold and use insulator plates between the molds and the bolsters to concentrate heat and prevent convection/thermal transfer into the hydraulics. This is a very nice press, and you can see it under power in our facility at any time before purchasing.

You will not find a better, cleaner, more meticulously cared for or more adjustable Wabash of this year, size or type out there for sale, period. The machine is being sold FOB, As-Is-Where is. This machine can be inspected under power and is in a clean climate-controlled facility. Must be a U.S. person with verifiable ID, to enter our facility being we are a Federal Government Contractor.

*We can load these machines at our dock on a truck of your choice at no extra cost. These machines each weigh approximately 10,000 pounds each. Buyers are responsible for any insurance, shipping or professional Rigging cost from there.

Additionally, we can expertly customize any of our presses with new controllers, robotics, programming, CNC- larger heated platens for an additional cost (TBD) and this extra work would not be included as part of the sale. All sales are final and must be completed through eBay.

The buyer is responsible for all Professional Rigging, Shipping/Transportation costs and insurance. The Riggers Must Be Licensed and Bonded and provide proof to do any work onsite at our facility. We have economical options should you like to use a company we know. We are not affiliated with any Rigger but know some of the very best near us and have worked with most of them in our area over the 26 years we have been in business.
