Heavy duty frame construction
For robotic spraying, the "charge" of parts loads in, the belt stops, and the Sprayer executes to a spray pattern as programmed.
This machine also operates as a feed through reciprocating machine when that process is called for.
In-process gun maintenance is handled by a retractable brush gun cleaning device to keep the tip clean

Spray Gun Arm: 5-Axis movement, electronically controlled. Parts are read by an electronic sensing system consisting of 208 photodiodes.
Sprayer Setup:
(2) Lacquer feeds, overspray collection & recovery by means of 4-roll belt cleaning trolley. The cabin is pressurized to maintain a positive pressure inside. Exhaust air is filtered through a dry filter system.
