Make-up Air Unit - Heated Fresh Air Intake Duct

Designed by Canadian engineer and build by Red Seal HVAC team designed for automated building pressure rebalancing and good economic efficiency in cold Canadian climate
Ductwork from wall louvre down to floor and cold air trap (also known as "Ptrap" and "Eskimo trap").
Two large 42 in x 38 in ducts allow fresh air to passively be brought into building and automatically rebalance and makeup a building's negative air pressure.
The air is heated via 2" black iron heat lines connect heat coils in both large ducts through an actuator controlled pump to a heat source.
The unit was connected to a boiler housed in an outdoor retrofitted Canadian code-compliant sea container to save indoor space and for code compliance.
