The refurbishment process included complete cleaning and repainting, cabinet repairs, and the installation of numerous new components throughout the system. Key upgrades include a new abrasive valve, abrasive/door solenoid, lower auger, elevator belt, door seals, lower auger bearings, and new lower auger/elevator sprockets. The blast wheel has also been refreshed with a complete tune-up kit including new blades, control cage, and impeller for optimal blasting performance.
Additional improvements include partial replacement of the cabinet rubber lining, new push button tags, and new E-stop, master on, and jog push buttons to ensure safe and dependable operation.
The machine features a spacious 72” work table and an impressive 60” high work area, providing excellent capacity for larger parts and fabrication projects. Powered by a large-diameter 25 HP blast wheel.
