Description
Castaly 30" Spiral, Groove Lathe CL-330S is suitable for cutting straight and spiral grooves for the straight shaped or tapered spindle.
Features:

The machine employs rotary air cylinder incorporating with gear for accurate indexing of grooves.
The cutter carriage's forward and backward movements are hydraulically operated with feed speed control providing a smooth motion and stable cutting performance.
The number of the grooves for the cutter strokes can be set at the control box.
A frequency inverter controls the cutter variable speed turning for best results.
The hopper variable feed system allows the operation to be fully automatic.
Equipped with automatic lubricator to lubricate the slide ways and keeps the slide ways in the optimal lubricated condition.
It can cut straight or spiral grooves while it is turning. Twenty-four grooves is the maximum number that can be cut.
The hopper feed system delivers the next piece of stock to the centering device after each turning is accomplished, thus providing a fully automatic operation.
Router bits or shaper cutter can be used.
Industrial full power motor for maximum cutting capacity.
Precision sealed long-life bearing.
Heavy cast iron frames and table for durability usage.
