Overview
The OTC DAIHEN ECO-ARC MINI Production Robotic Arc-Welding Cell is a production-ready, OSHA-safety-compliant robot welding cell. Compact in size, it includes the world’s No. 1 arc welding robot system. Production robotic welding at a cobot affordable price, cobot portability and cobot ease-of-use, it also has the addition of integrated safety and the high-quality welds OTC DAIHEN equipment is known for.

• Two Flextur modular weld tables supporting uninterrupted production
• Welbee II WB-P402 advanced welding power source with robot-mounted wire feeder and 350A air-cooled torch
• Full perimeter safety guarding including OSHA-mandated arc-flash protection and safety interlocked
• Fume hood built-in to perimeter guarding (optional)
• Safety-interlocked access to prevent torch tip wire pinch-point injury during operation
• Manual, hinged operator access load/unload doors with safety interlock
• Welding gas bottle mount with regulator/flow meter included
• Rolling caster set supporting portable mobility
