USED 2005 AMS A-400
Overview
AMS Model A-400 automatic in-line auger filler, built in 2005. Stainless steel single-head system designed for powders and granular products, with output dependent on product and configuration. Suitable for filling round and non-round plastic, glass, metal, and composite containers with appropriate change parts. Features 120" long x 1" wide single-chain conveyor with adjustable guide rails, pneumatic container indexing, and vibratory container lift. Equipped with single auger filler, agitated hopper, dust-proof cover, 7" OD feed ports, and level sensors. Includes Allen-Bradley PanelView 300 Micro touchscreen HMI, PLC controls, and adjustable settings for conveyor speed and vibratory amplitude. Mounted on stainless steel base frame. Comes with 3 sets of augers, (2) 5/8" dia. And (1) 1-3/8" dia.
