Zone 1 has (10) Plates; Zones 2 and 3 have (17) plates each for approx 220 Sq.Ft total area. Unit rated 10 Bar (145 PSI) @ 285 Deg.F. End plates have 3" tri-clamp connections and (2) spacer plates have 2.5" tri-clamp connections. Overall dimensions 7' ht. x 5'2" deep x 2'6" wide. Mfr. # 30100-7021. Last used in food plant in sanitary application.
