LIJIAN CNC Machinery Automatis Storage and Sorting
The busbar automatic loading and unloading device consists of a raw material storage area, a loading device, an unloading device and a control system. The stacking rack/silo is designed according to different busbar specifications, and generally has 30-50 raw material bins. The control system accurately controls the vacuum suction cup to pick up a single busbar from the material distribution mechanism to load or unload the busbar.
Raw material storage/loading area: stacking rack/silo + material distribution/feeding mechanism
Material distribution device: handling machinery + vacuum suction cup
Loading operation: handling machinery + vacuum suction cup
Processing area: busbar punching and shearing
Unloading operation: Push the processed busbar to the finished product area
Control system and sensor system: Precisely control the timing and position of each motion axis, gripper, and conveyor belt.
