Space saving, manpower saving and energy saving are achieved. By adopting HMC concept, chips to be collected directly coolant trough below the machining area, reducing manual intervention in the machine and supporting continuous long-hour operation.

Tool magazine can store 32 tools, means 8 varieties of tool can be stored. It achieves process integration and area productivity.

Tilt table mounting, jig design and production, line proposals
• Tilt table can be mounted to integrate machining process. NTC designs and manufactures workpies fixture jig. NTC offers not only machining center but also total line solution including material handling.
