• In addition to high precision, high rigidity, and high reliability, the "NX series" machining centers have a structure that can be fully integrated with automation systems.
Two types of spindle tapers #40 and #50 are available for the series.

Main features and specifications

Wide stroke of 1500mm on X-axis
• Optimized configuration of each axis unit for stable machining of long workpieces. The infeed Z-axis is equipped with double linear guides and twin ballscrews on the left and right sides to improve not only rigidity but also responsiveness and accuracy stability. The additional axis can also be used for TILT & INDEX.

High static rigidity machine is top of its class
• The rigidity between the spindle and jig loops has been improved by rigidity analysis. In particular, the Z-axis static rigidity is at the top level in its class, enabling highly efficient machining under high loads.

Intelligent spindle spindle assembly
• Highly reliable spindle spindle, cultivated on 24-hour production lines in the automotive industry, is equipped with automatic monitoring devices. The high-precision sensing function that monitors the spindle cutting edge condition has a function to constantly monitor the spindle to prevent quality defects from flowing.

Compatible with SMART-FTL automatic step change system
• The NX series has the functions and mechanisms required for a high utilization rate automatic changeover system, enabling sequential changeovers according to an automatic schedule and minimizing waste.
