USED URSCHEL RAA DICER

Urschel, Model RAA, Stainless steel USDA approved Dicer / Cutter. Capable of slices, dices, and strip cuts at speeds from 2500 to 5000 lbs. per hour. Unit is capable of cutting up to a 3½" diameter log of product. Unit consists of slicing knife capable of 1/16" to 3/8" cuts, circular knife capable of 1/8" to 1" cuts, and crosscut knives capable of 1/16" to 1½" cuts. To cut different size pieces change parts are needed per application. Unit mounted on stainless steel base. Change parts required to accommodate size range. Video of unit running available.
