DAVI engineered the High Productivity Package to offer a Wind Tower rolling machine that offers consistent quality, high productivity, to improve production and control costs. Used for on-shore and off-shore wind towers with foundation thickness up to 140mm (5.5”) with towers up to 100mm (4”).

Requires only 1 operator
Fast and efficient; steel plates are rolled into a cylindrical or conical section in 10-15 minutes in only one pass through the machine
Highly accurate; plates can be rolled within tight manufacturing tolerances without the need to re-roll the can, reducing production cycles times
Handling devices manage plate alignment, allowing 1 operator to easily align the plate for tack welding while it is still on the machine
Managed by the latest CNC Davi iRoll control
