The Used Yargus Layco Rotary Drum Blender System is a heavy-duty bulk blending machine designed for high-capacity mixing of dry materials such as fertilizers, minerals, and aggregates. With an 8-ton capacity (60 lbs/cubic foot), this system ensures efficient, consistent blending for industrial applications.
Constructed with 304 stainless steel, including a stainless steel drum head and 304 SS weigh hopper, the machine offers durability and corrosion resistance for demanding environments. It features a 20 HP electric motor paired with a Nord gearbox for reliable power transmission, and is supported by (2) 15,000 lb. trunnion rollers for smooth rotation.
The system includes a 12 ft transfer conveyor and a 12 ft loadout conveyor, making it a complete, integrated blending solution. A control panel provides automated operation and process control.
