Rotary Filling Machine
TEN BRINK Rotary Pocket Filler System is equipped with 48 filling pockets. These fillers are specifically designed to pack green pickle slices, brined pickle slices, sliced peppers, diced peppers, and olives.
The filler is equipped with serval tools to assist in packing these products into various sized jars with the use of change parts designed for the container. The fillers has pneumatic flow control gates, powered brush and tamper to assist in the packing of the product into the container. The bottom container guide is equipped with vibrators which allow product to settle evenly into the container assisting in achieving a full container of product. The filler has height adjustment which will acomitate container 125mm - 270mm and capable of running jars 75mm - 170mm wide. The filler is rated for 150 containers/minute.
