Description

Urschel Laboratories Model W French Style Green Bean Cutter produces a 2-dimentional slice along the length of the green bean. The cutter is capable of 3/16" and 5/32" wide slices. It is capable of a capacity of 4,000-6,000 Lbs./hr. depending on grade and feed quality of the bean. Other bean varieties can be processed using this machine.
