APEX POF-12 12 SPOUT PRESSURE FILLER
APOF series filling machines are based on the FILL TO LEVEL PRINCIPLE.
Pressure overflow fillers deliver a quantity of free flowing liquid
product into a container until the product reaches a visual fill level. They are ideal
for a wide variety of product and container types.
Each fill head utilizes a dedicated (300 Series) Stainless Steel Mechanical Filling Nozzle.
Filler includes Touch Screen PLC Control Package, Sensor Package, S.S. Head Centrifugal Pump
for Product Pressure delivery, Conveyor System, Automation Package with Dual
Pin Escapement Indexing, and S.S. Surge / Supply Tank all mounted on a heavy
duty S.S. Frame.
System uses a color Touch Screen Interface PLC control package
with:- On screen help guides- Job / recipe memory- Manual jog
mode- Complete variable operational timer controls- PLC interface
with real time Input / Output display- Management Screen including real
time machine production rates- Trouble shooting assistance with on screen
error messages- Powered Height Adjustment
