8 Ways 5 Station, Hydraulic Auto Rotary Table SPM. Many kinds of machining requirements can be fulfilled and integrated such as drilling, boring, tapping, milling, slide-facing, turning, grooving, chamfering, polishing, burnishing, etc.
For different requirements, the machines can be designed in numerical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems with proper tooling and fixtures.
Most kind of material, whether it is soft or hard, metal or non-metal, can be effectively machined on our SPM. Auto loading & unloading is also possible when the shape of components is simple.

Machine Function

Multi-directional facing, drilling, boring, shift-facing can be done at the same time on this rotary machine.
Components can be machined in a fast, precise, and low cost way. One time clamping ensure good accuracy. For different component sizes, the fixtures are easy to change, spindle positions are also adjustable.
Cycle time is 20~35 second per piece (depends on components). The production is stable and efficient with accurate dimensions and great surface roughness.
