Description
A used Henschel/Zeppelin PVC mixing plant designed for high-performance PVC dry blend compounding, with a rated output of 4000 tonnes/year (based on single-shift operation).
The plant is equipped with four Henschel/Zeppelin FM350 high-intensity mixers, each featuring a carbon steel jacketed bowl with stainless steel interior, 233 L working capacity, and 350 L total capacity. Each mixer is fitted with a hydraulic 200 mm (8") bottom outlet, a hydraulic hinged top cover, and is driven by an approx. 20 HP, 380V, 50 Hz, 3-phase motor.
Supporting equipment includes 4 cyclones with valves on legs, 4 Donaldson Torit DCE dust collectors, 4 air blowers, and a complete control, feeding, and conveying system with piping, valves, and sensors. The system is frame-integrated and production ready, previously operating in PVC dry blend applications for pipe manufacturing.
