Description
A used American Process Systems Fluidized Paddle Blender, Model FPB-125, with a total working capacity of 125 cubic feet. Constructed of 304 stainless steel, this blender is jacketed and rated at 125 PSI @ 350°F / -20°F.
The main shaft is driven by a 50 HP motor (1775 RPM input / 49 RPM output, 230/460V). The unit is equipped with eight high-speed choppers (four on each side), powered by 15 HP, 3530 RPM, 208-230/460V motors.
Includes a control panel, and the jacket has passed hydrostatic pressure testing. Designed for intensive blending, mixing, and size reduction applications across food, chemical, pharmaceutical, plastics, and specialty materials processing.
