DCI 2,500-gallon insulated and jacketed vertical processor constructed with 316/316L stainless product contact surfaces and 304 stainless jacket/sheathing. Vessel features a top-entering agitator driven by a 5 HP stainless gear motor through reducers for ~18.4 RPM at 60 Hz, plus an 18" A-100 top manway, 6" TC vent, LJ Star 6" light port, (4) 2.5" TC CIP spray-ball mounts with 1.5" TC connections, and a 3" Alfa Laval outlet spud. Dimple jacket is split into two zones for heating/cooling; jacket MAWP 147 psi @ 350°F (MDMT -20°F), vessel MAWP 0 psi @ 350°F. Mounted on six legs. Approx overall height ~16'4.5". TWO AVAILABLE.
