Used Aaron Process 300 Gallon Sigma Blade Mixer Extruder. 450 Gallon Total Capacity. Carbon Steel Construction. Serial Number 93300150464MX. Tangential Sigma Blades. Bowl is approximately, 54" front to back and 50" left to right. Insulated Cover. Bowl, End Plates and Barrel are Jacketed for Hot Oil at 450 Deg. F. Split Packing Glands. 24" Long Barrel Extension for Discharge Screw. Main Motor is 150 HP, 230/460 Volt, 3/60, Belt Driven and thru 2 Gearboxes. Discharge Screw is 75 HP, 460 Volt, 3/60, Belt Driven and thru Torque Arm Reducer. Includes Drive Panel for Blades and Screw and Remote Panel. Mixer is mounted on a Carbon Steel Base that measures approximately 273" Long x 108" Wide x 96" Tall. Panel is approximately 72" x 48" x 24". Remote Panel 25" x 31" x 13". Top Insulated Cover is approximately, 76" x 72". Built in 1994.
