NEW SPINNER TTS-65 DUPLEX

The TTS-65 is a multi turret high-performance turning center for simultaneous machining for medium and high volume turning of complex workpieces with up to three independent high-speed servo driven turrets made by Spinner. All turrets operate independently on the main or counter-spindle or can work on one spindle at the same time if desired.

Each turret features our special anti-vibration damping system which absorbs micro vibrations generated during the machining the process for up to 50% higher cutting performance than turrets without damping technology. This makes it possible to finish turn on the counter-spindle while roughing on the main spindle with no negative effect on part finishes.
