The Tolhurst 30” Basket Centrifuge is a high-capacity, top-unloading perforated basket centrifuge designed for solid-liquid separation in chemical, pharmaceutical, and industrial processing applications.
Operating from 0–1000 basket RPM, this centrifuge handles materials up to 70 lbs per cubic foot throughput, offering efficient dewatering, clarification, and particle separation.
Constructed with stainless steel contact parts and a perforated basket, it provides superior corrosion resistance and cleanability, making it ideal for sanitary or corrosive material processing.
The centrifuge includes a stainless steel bolt-on lid with clamp-down cover, 6” sight glass, and (2) 2½” threaded inlets for material or wash liquid addition.
Mounted on a 3-point carbon steel frame with casters for mobility, the unit features a hydraulic drive skid powered by a 7.5 HP motor (3/60/230/460V, 1175 RPM) through a reducer.
