Used- Twin Screw Pelletizing Line.  Werner & Pfleiderer 40mm Twin Screw Extruder,

Model ZSK40F-32-5E. Approximate 40 to 1 L/D ratio.

10 zones, 1 zone with vent port, 1 water cooled feed section, electrically heated,  water cooled with closed loop system.

Approximate 60" long screw, approximate 40" center line height.

Driven by a 50 hp, 500 volt, 1750-2100 rpm DC motor.

(1) Side feeder type ZSB-40 driven by a 1-1/2 hp motor.

(1) Cumberland 4" wide strand pelletizer driven by a 3 hp motor.

(1) Water bath.

Control panel for main drive, barrel cooling pump, control voltage, pellet cooler, coupling, and screen changer.

(1) Control panel with GE adjustable variable speed drive.
