Description

ITEM 1354 - 30” Stanford Model 142 LT roll doctor rewinder.
Serial # 3854582. Age 1985. Cantilevered unwind / rewind shafts.

3” air unwind & rewind shaft. 1000 feet per minute operation.

Automatic web guiding. Rider roll for density control. Automatic tension control & edge guiding.

Variable speed drive. Razor slitting in a grooved roll.

Includes two razor holders; can use to trim edges of the web.

Fife automatic edge guiding system. Electronic counter. Interchangeable rewind shaft.

Has spare 1” air rewind shaft. Maximum rewind roll diameter, 24”. Maximum diameter unwind, 30”.

Roll weights up to 250 lbs. Air-operated rider roll irons out entrapped air to increase density

without excessive rewind tension when handling extensible films. Variable speed AC drive.

5 HP Toshiba motor with AB Model 160SSC variable speed drive, 230 volt, 3 phase, 50/60 cycle.

Digital counter. Designed for extensible films, polyethylene, polyester, polypropylene,

metalized films, film laminates, light papers & light nonwovens
