Description

ITEM 1452 - 16” Bell-Mark FlexPrint II, 2-color, inline, servo driven, rotary flexo printer. Age 2004.

Serial # 218253. Model AA6160. Designed for printing on Tyvec paper / film.

Designed for inline printing & coating on all horizontal form / fill / seal packaging machines,

including the Dixie & Hooper. Two doctor blades. One of the doctor blades is an enclosed RetroFlex doctor blade.

Second doctor blade is not enclosed wipe system. 15" wide anilox rolls. Air lift-off of anilox roll to print cylinders.

Has constant rotation of anilox roll when at stop.

Two approximately 7.39" diameter, 17" wide print cylinders. Has pickup of plate cylinders when press is stopped.

Manual lateral registration control.

Has electrically adjusted longitudinal registration impression roll, 5.75" diameter, 18" wide.

Includes two ink pumps. The FlexPrint II prints on the top web prior to package sealing.

Has pinpoint registration. Control Techniques AC servo control,

Model FM-3, 230 volt, 3 phase, 60 cycle. One .76 kw AC motor.
