Description
ITEM 1451 - 41" Wolverine Model 41-1 HLRE Hydraline 1-color stack flexographic printing press for inline operation.
41" web width. 40" print width. One color print station.
Has Harris Bruno enclosed doctor blade assembly, ceramic anilox roll. Press was last printing on film,
cellophane, PVC, polypropylene. 10 pitch gearing.
Capable of printing on papers, films, laminations, board, nonwovens, fabrics.
Could be put inline with blown film extruder, paper bag machine, sheeter, slitter rewinders, coaters, laminators.
10-40" repeat range. Stainless steel drip pan. Press features manual registration control at print station.
Side register control at print station, 360 degree registration.
You can set the registration while machine is running. Independent speed control of ink rollers.
Variable speed hydraulic fountain drive at each print station. Water-based inks.
Equipped with a free-wheeling clutch which allows the transfer & ink rollers to rotate continuously
powered by hydraulic drive during the shut down i.e. has constant rotating ink of the anilox rolls when
the machine is in an off position. Has hydraulic pump to operate constant rotation & automatic pickup
of plate cylinder when machine stops.
(4) print cylinders included, two 4.5" diameter & two 6.04" diameter print cylinders.
41.5" chrome-plated impression cylinder, 8" dia. 42" wide anilox roll, 5" dia.
Automatic plate cylinder lift during stop plate cylinders automatically lifted.
